At MLB Ugly Christmas Sweater, we hold our products to the highest standards of quality control to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the rare event you are not entirely pleased, we provide a generous 30-day Return Policy for issues including:
- Discrepancies in product customization details or customization errors.
- Incorrect or missing shipments.
Limited Coverage
Certain circumstances are subject to our Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy, where the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, a 30% handling/restocking fee based on the product’s unit price will be applied. These include:
- Incorrect sizing choices.
- Personal preferences such as taste changes or change of mind.
- Shipping delays, noting that the delivery timeframe includes both processing and estimated shipping times. For urgent delivery needs, please contact us prior to purchase. Refunds for late deliveries under these conditions will be limited to the cost difference between express and standard shipping.
Coupon Option
Instead of a return, customers may opt to receive a coupon for future purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Damage due to corrosive substances, misuse, mishandling, or lack of maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or are soiled.
- Customized products with specific texts, photos, or designs.
- Products beyond the permissible return time.
- Partial returns or exchanges of set items.
- Non-product items such as additional gifts or promotional codes.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by our team through our Email / Support Center. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please be aware that product colors may vary due to display and production differences, with an expected color accuracy range of 70-90%.
Returns Procedure & Timeframe
To process your return smoothly:
- Verify your item’s eligibility and submit a ticket via our Support Center with your order number, product name, and return reason.
- Our customer service will reply within 24 hours with the return address and any further necessary details.
- Upon receiving your return, we will notify you by email and process your exchange or refund within three days.
- Allow 3-6 business days for after-sales processing.
- Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, while PayPal refunds can appear within 48 hours.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend contacting your local post office for cost-effective shipping methods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
- Check with your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Changing and Cancelling Orders
For changing or canceling the orders, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected], providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Please note that change or cancellation of your order may not be accepted in certain cases. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. NOTICE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
